Datele cardului sunt gestionate de Stripe si nu sunt stocate de acest site.

Cum folosim datele

Folosim datele rezervarii pentru confirmarea rezervarilor, trimiterea emailurilor catre client, notificarea ownerului, gestionarea platilor si furnizarea serviciului solicitat.

Nu vindem datele clientilor.

Partajarea datelor

Datele pot fi partajate cu procesatori de plati, furnizori de hosting, servicii de email si ghizi doar atunci cand este necesar pentru furnizarea serviciului.

Notificarile de rezervare pentru owner sunt trimise catre adresa de business configurata.

Retentie si drepturi

Inregistrarile rezervarilor sunt pastrate din motive operationale, contabile si legale.

Clientii pot solicita accesul, corectarea sau stergerea datelor personale contactand contact@originalromaniantours.com.

Payment card data is handled by Stripe and is not stored by this website.

We use booking data to confirm reservations, send customer emails, notify the owner, manage payments and provide the requested tour service.

We do not sell customer data.

Data sharing

Data may be shared with payment processors, hosting providers, email services and guides only when necessary to provide the service.

Owner booking notifications are sent to the configured business email address.
